Master Sueyoshi Akeshi was a student of well known Japanese Master Yoshinori Kono. Kono sensei studied Aikido and Kashima Shin Ryu before create his own school Shoseikan.
NAGINATA
Originating in the Heian period, the Naginata was a polearm beloved by samurai and warrior monks alike. It became particularly prominent as a symbol of female empowerment within the samurai class, as women were trained to use this weapon to protect their households in times of war. The Naginata's effectiveness in battle, especially against cavalry, made it a pivotal tool in many historical conflicts.
YARI
The Yari, or Japanese spear, has been a staple in the arsenals of Japanese warriors since the Nara period.
