I've seen some of Hanshi McCarty's videos in the past and as expected this one is the same high caliber of instruction. He has a unique teaching style and comes across more as a mentor than a hard-charging "do it my way or the highway" sensei. He's a very down to earth guy, sort of like an old professor. I highly recommend all of his material for the martial artist who wishes to get a deeper understanding of kata and karate in general.
