Sifu Singh shows you how to avoid takedowns, and I like his approach on Chi Sao(sticky hands) because he shows you the benefit of it.
He shows you how to deal with close quarter fighting and covers all ranges of combat. Very good explanation of edged weapons with practical application. I like the interaction with different students. Very impressed by energy drills.
