I have watched Mr. Mijailovic for my whole karate career (so far, 43 years), and I have never seen a more dominant competitor. He is also a wonderful friend, genuine gentleman, and a superb teacher. Old school at its finest, very applicable to today. And you'll notice, he doesn't "bounce..."
A must have DVD for any martial artist. Very well done and explained. A classic dvd in your martial arts collection.
