Unbeatable

All of Val's sweeps are "decleaters." That term comes from pro football, where a block or a tackle takes the opponent completely off his feet, up in the air, and flat on his back. Val does not sweep to distract an opponent, or to "bring his arms down" or disrupt his stance. Val sweeps to totally annihilate his opponent by rendering him completely defenseless. You know nothing about sweeping until you have seen this.

I think martial artist practice follows the pattern of yin/yang meaning we start out with a nothing will stop me from learning attitude and years go by our training slacks and then you see Shihan demonstrate what you better be aware of (that men can move that fast) and you realize that you are kidding yourself by thinking your technique stays with you even though you are dormant. If this DVD doesn't motivate you to get back in the dojo then there is always barber collage.
