GM David Ducay is from the Navy town of Vallejo, Ca. located in Northern California.
He is a Karate - Filipino Martial Arts instructor who trained in KaJuKenBo, Doce Pares – Eskrido, a Grand Master under KSDI Board of Administrators (BOA). His martial arts journey started in 1973, training in Moo Duk Kwon (TKD) under Master John Nesbitt, David was an athlete a track All American hurdler in high school and stand out sprinter / hurdler at Stanislaus State in the late 1970s.
In this forth (3 Volume Set) of KaJuKenBo Escrima instructional Grand Master David Ducay along with the KaJuKenBo Escrima instructors will continue teaching their concepts, principle, techniques and drills for the requirements of the KaJuKenBo Escrima system.
Aloha everyone again this Grand Master David Ducay, Our KaJuKenBo Escrima (KE) instructors and I are here to push on the education, of concepts, principle, techniques and drills for the advance Empty-hands to weaponry Self-Defense of the KE system.

First part instructional: KaJuKenBo Escrima conversion of empty hands that were transitioned to the Weaponry techniques, Basic counters from a grab Self-Defense, our KE Entries 1-5 with a blend of the Silat follow-ups as well as our empty hand Entries 6-9 transitions in English and Spanish.
The Long Range (Cinco Teros), Counters to closing the gap and foot trapping in Close Quarter Range, and the multiple-man techniques and drills such as the Dragon / Monkey Line and Bull in the Ring.
Also going over Sijo Adriano Emperado’s Multiple man techniques with the use of modern day tools in defending yourself. Sigung / Guro Louis Garcia and Sigung / Instructor Sergio Troconis - demonstrate the 6-9 Emptyhand techniques in the Spanish language. TRT: 37 minutes

Learn the Staff in Palama Set (Pinan-1), as well how the staff form blends in techniques - movements from KaJuKenBo, Arnis and Kung-Fu, will demonstrate the Double Knives in the Dance of Death Kata of Palama Set-11 and a traditional Butterfly Swords in Palama Set-12, followed by the Ramos Method Concentration forms where Professor Renel will demonstrate the use of the Escrima Stick, Double Stick and Espada y Daga in Concentrations 1-2-3.
In the next set of elements we will go over Our Close Range Base using the art of Cacoy Eskrido. (Tribute to SGM Cacoy Canete). Here we will demonstrate the striking base, traps, disarms lock and flow throws. Followed by KaJuKenBo Empty Hand to KaJuKenbo Escrima Single Stick Grab Arts techniques 1-2-3. Also, demonstrating the striking base, traps, disarms lock and flow throws, Eskrido’s version of Aikido’s Renzoku Waza (continuous or flowing techniques). TRT: 41 minutes

This last systemization of instructions will introduce to the art of Espada y Daga Sparring, the techniques, fighting drills and the point System, rules used in the KSDI FMA tournament Circuit.
We will demonstrate the drills of Communications Espada y Daga training bringing you again to the next level to help build and develop the weak hand developing a high level dexterity and attributes with the use of Single and Double stick weapons.
The second type of competitive FMA Sparring will be Stick Grappling, (English & Spanish) Instructor Carlos Del Valle will divulge you the techniques from the log flows of Pangamot along with disarms of the Knife And Standup Knife grappler technique from the DeCurdes System. Lastly Guro Jason Delavega will show the Knife Defense from his expression KaJuKenBo Escrima Knife to Wrestling flow.
